If you organize a food drive and need help bringing the food to our warehouse just give us a call and we will send a truck with a friendly volunteer to assist you.

Donate funds or help raise funds
We appreciate every donation that comes in to assist with our food program. With so many people relying on emergency food right here in Durham Region it is important that we reach out to help those around us that are in need. Besides making a donation, you can organize a fundraising event. If you have an idea please give us a call. We have a fundraising committee that considers every opportunity to raise funds.

Volunteer

Want to spend some of your time in a friendly environment where you can make a difference? Feed the Need in Durham is the place for you. There are lots of opportunities such as helping to sort food, drive truck, make lunch for the volunteers, help in the office, assist with events. We are happy to have many helping hands.

There are opportunities for groups to enjoy the occasional volunteer opportunity. Whether you are a teacher looking for an opportunity for your students or an business wanting a team-building exercise we can work with your group to provide a meaningful experience.
